He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin S. Rumbaugh and Ruby Gandee Rumbaugh; his son James Glenn Rumbaugh (JG); and his grandson Brandon James Peddicord. He is survived by: his daughter Mikki Rumbaugh of Mechanicsville, VA; and his siblings, Phyllis Fenwick (John) and Steve Rumbaugh of South Charleston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
