He is survived by: his children, Julie Hornick (Roger) of Fairmont, WV, Randy Russell of Wadestown, WV and Tim Russell (Lynn) of Wadestown, WV.; his grandchildren, Benji Tustin, Josh Tustin, Chris Russell and Jennifer Willard; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Tustin, Jake Tustin and Jacoby Willard.
