He is survived by: his wife Cathy Churchill-Summers; his children, Robin Zickefoose (David) of Clarksburg, WV, Terry Mellinger of Elkins, WV and Billy Stum (Rebecca) of Elkins, WV; his siblings, Andrew Phillip Summers (Anne) of Louisville, KY, Helen Summers of Buckhannon, Janet Lough, Vickie Oldaker of Weston, WV and John Summers of Volga; and his grandchildren, Levi Zickefoose of Clarksburg, WV, Gabriel Merriman, Gracelyn Sheets, Ivy Mellinger (Desmond Mellinger), Linley, Finley (Novalee) and Ashlynn Sheets of Buckhannon.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
