It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thelma Jeanette White of Volga, West Virginia, born in Webster Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on August 31, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Dalton and Bessie "Ruth" Skidmore Gillespie; her son Bradley White; her great grandchild Kasey Gillum; her siblings, Sylvester Paul, Larry Robert Gillespie and Judy Ellen Bender; and her son-in-law Robert Dennis "Denny" Sandy.
She is survived by: her husband Curtis White; her children, Belenda Sandy of Volga, Stacy White (Tonya) of Volga and Nathan White; her daughter-in-law Karen Kelley; her grandchildren, Chrissy Sandy of Buckhannon, Melanie Gillum (Ryan), Madison White of Volga and Stephan Sandy of Buckhannon; her great grandchildren, Jordan Gillum of Buckhannon, Koan Runk of Buckhannon, Channing Gillum of Buckhannon, Kiya Gillum of Buckhannon, Nadia Dean of Buckhannon, Halie Green and Miranda Kittle; and her great great grandchild Amoriana Dezarn of Buckhannon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
