He is survived by: his friend Stephen Ward of Volga; his sisters, Garnett Downy of Delevan, WI and Sandra Peters of Champlain, NY; his caregivers, Kenny Bennet of Volga and John Summers of Volga; and his friend Ward Farm. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
