Holley, NJ; his stepchildren, Connie Hull Lewis (Alva), Bradley Hull of Weston, Gerald Hull and Bridgeport; his cousin Early Schrader of Charleston, WV.; his wife Ruth Hull Starr; his daughter Connie Lavern Starr; and his siblings, Virginia Lee Danser, Arthur Eugene Shoulders, Russell Eugene Starr and Lovey Eve Starr.
