She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Purkey and Virginia Purkey (Bennett); and her siblings, Jackie Haddix, Butch Purkey and Ronnie Purkey.
She is survived by: her husband George Weekley; her daughter Krista Frey (Kevin); her sister Jennifer Conaway (Larry) of Parkersburg; her grandchildren, Karly Tucci (Ben) of Nutterfort, Brittany Lockett (Jake) of Clarksburg and Kody Frey (Daphne Parks) of Jane Lew; and her great grandchildren, Trey Tucci, Kingsly Lockett and Owen Hines. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
