She is survived by: her parent Maggie Lance Karickhoff; her spouse Herbert Smith; her daughter Katrina Harris (Tim) of Volga; her daughter-in-law Karen Smith of New Martinsville; her grandchildren, Shane Smith (Michele) of Morgantown, WV, Aaron Harris (Natasha) of Buckhannon, Cody Rice of New Martinsville, WV, Carisa Smith (Adam) of Parkersburg, WV and Amanda Rice of New Martinsville; her great grandchildren, Riley Smith, Reece Smith, Brandon Smith, Dominick Smith, Dakota Rice, Tristin Rice, Cameron Smith of Morgantown, Raelee Harris of Buckhannon and Shayanna Rice of New Martinsville; her sisters, Tula Curkendall and Oneita Powers; and her nephew Donnie Kincaid (Susie) of Buckhannon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
