He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Clark and Anna Hays Clark of Parkersburg, WV.; his wife Sharon Casey Clark; and his brothers, Ralph Clark and Richard Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew J. Clark and Susan C. Noonan (Leigh-Anne); his sister Reta Godeke (Al); and his granddaughter Ruby Noonan.
