Casto Carter; his children, Brenda Ferguson (John) of Parkersburg, Tammy Frazier (Randy) of Parkersburg, Don Carter (Jona) of Davisville, WV and John Carter (Amber) of Florida; his grandchildren, Kinsey (P. J. Polsley), Chrie (Emory Byrd), Clarisa Morris, Donnie Carter and Ashley Carter; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Elle and Emery; and his siblings, Minnie Miller of Waverly, WV, Peg Hendershot (Doug) of Waverly, WV, Nancy Cox (Ed) of Waverly, WV, Clara Heming of Pennsylvania, Herbert Rake of Waverly, WV, Herb Rake of Parkersburg and Jerry Rake of Parkersburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
