He is survived by: his wife Beatrice; his children, Steven Hays (Vici) of Vienna, WV, Carolyn Duncan (Chuck) of Parkersburg, WV and Melissa Hays of Vienna, WV; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Christopher, Paige, Sarah and Joshua Shane Hays; and his great grandchildren, Isabella, Mason, Addyson, Olivia and Miles.
