He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilda Holbert and Robert Holbert. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay Miller Holbert; his sons, Jeff (Lora), Scott (Shauna) and Mike; his sister Linda Lucky; and his grandchildren, T. J. Holbert, Katie Morris, Nicole, Haley Holbert, Sean and Shane Holbert. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
