He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert G. Azinger and Anna Mae Rankin Azinger; and his sister Lois Dunn. He is survived by: his wife Janet Janes Azinger; and his children, Pamela Lea Hopkins (Kenneth) of Morgantown, PA., Michael T. Azinger (Jackie) of Vienna, John P. Azinger (Kelli) of Vienna and David A. Azinger (Susan) of Parkersburg. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
