He was predeceased by: his parents, Aniello Ruocco and Rose Veronica Ruocco; his former wife Dorthy "Dottie" Deubel Ruocco; his wife Bessie "Betty" Beatty Ruocco; his stepdaughter Jo-Anne Deubel Stone; and his siblings, Patty Ruocco DiGiacomo, Mary Ruocco Andolino, Mark Ruocco and Tony Ruocco.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Linda McNulty Harvey of Vienna; his grandchildren, Kelly Hicks, Courtney Sheff and Katie Weaver; his stepson Jay Deubel (Sheryl) of Scottsdale, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Jay Deubel, Stephany Bagby, Christina Coon, Jack Stone and Jill Stone Hunt. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren and two great- great grandchildren.
