Wilcox) of England; and her nieces and nephews, Patty Low of North Carolina, Rhonda Meeley of West Virginia, Rachel Deltoro of Arkansas, Robin Meeley of Florida, Drenda Drake of Pennsylvania, Donald Wilcox of Pennsylvania, David Wilcox of Pennsylvania and Tom Meeley of Texas.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home - Vienna (3005 Grand Central Ave, Vienna, WV 26105). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
