He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Lemley and Viola Trembley Lemley; his wife Iris Willadean Lemley; his son Robert Lemley, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, James Leonard, William, Thomas, Harry Schreckengost, Rosemary Kinney and Marlene Uhl.
He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Pitts Stubbs (Tony) of Elizabeth and Kelli Oman (Mike) of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, Jason Reed (Christine), Andrew Reed, Erin Andrews (Joshua), Megan Law (James), Jessica Malone (Jacob), Ashley Wynn (Clay), Anna Oman (Wyatt), Heather Burrows and Thomas Stubbs (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Alexander Malone, Maddox Malone, Aaliyah Leasure, Weston Reed, Roslynn McVay, Lakyn Wynn, Austin Wynn, Hunter Bland, Asher Burrows and Liam Stubbs; his sister Ruth Leonard; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Wendleken, Shirley Evans and Judy Redmond. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
