She is survived by: her children, Traci Welch of Mineral Wells, Lori Caplinger (Michael) of Parkersburg, Thomas Long (Kim) of Ravenswood and Jimmy Schreckengost II of Vienna; her stepchildren, Tammy Schreckengost, Tina McMullen and Tony Schreckengost; her grandchildren, Jonathan Long (Michelle), Jeremy Caplinger (Angela), Katie Crislip (Andrew), Chelsea Fletcher (Kevin) and Gail Hatfield; her great grandchildren, Aubree, Emma, Sadie, Mila and Sawyer; her sister-in-law Kay Lockhart; and her close friend Betty Toppari. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren along with other relatives and friends.
