He is survived by: his wife Linda Maxwell; his children, Paula DeLong (Chris) of Washington, WV, Melissa Hankins (Brian) of Huntington, WV and Richard Maxwell II of Morgantown, WV; his grandchildren, Dakota DeLong, Hunter DeLong (Ashton), Madison Howell (Jake), Maxwell Howell (Heather), Joshua Maxwell and Ethan Maxwell; his sister Donna Koppler; and his brother-in-law Donnie Shields (Susen).
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Vienna Baptist Church (3401 Grand Central Ave, Vienna, WV 26105). A memorial service was held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
