He is survived by: his mother Janet Matheny of Vienna; his sister Janie Matheny-Duckworth of Vienna; his nieces, Sydney Duckworth of Vienna, Emily Duckworth (Zachary Ferrier) of Mineral Wells and Caitlin Duckworth (Shawn Miller) of Parkersburg; and his brothers, Oakley "Junior" Stephens and Dony Powell. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
