He was predeceased by: his parents, Beryl W. Delaney and Grace E. Delaney; and his brothers, Rondell and Colin Delaney. He is survived by: his wife Loreta M. Delaney (Hinter) of Vienna; his children, Meredith L. Delaney of Cincinnati, OH and Matthew C. Delaney (Heidi) of New Milton, WV; his brother David W. Delaney (Mary Jane) of Vienna; his grandson Lion Ward of New Milton, WV; his sister-in-law Vivian E. Burton (Dave); his nieces, Debbie E. Goforth (Chris) of San Antonio, TX and Christy D. Burton of Columbus, OH; and his close friend Dave Rawson of Parkersburg.
