With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pete J. Depond (Vienna, West Virginia), born in Monongah, West Virginia, who passed away on September 29, 2021 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete DePond and Mary Carmella Fazio; and his siblings, Frank, John DePond and Christine Harr.

He is survived by: his wife Flora Ann DePond; his children, John Michael DePond, Robert Todd DePond (Jennifer), Susan Tracy (John) and Carrie Tarrant (Bill); and his sister Margaret Meffe. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
