She was predeceased by: her father Phelps Taylor; her stepfather Bob Snyder; and her sister Marilyn Hayhurst. She is survived by: her mother Arlene McCullough Taylor Snyder; her husband Terry Garner; her children, Julie Moser (Steve) of Nashville, TN, John Garner (Kecia) of Vienna, WV and Jason Garner (Heidi) of Edmond, OK; her grandchildren, Hayden, Alivia, Claire, Sophia, Addison, Alan, Nathaniel, Jesse and Meg; her siblings, Ellie Blankenship of Clemmons, NC, Diane Beall (Ronnie) of Canaan Valley, WV and Pete Taylor (Debbie) of Pennsboro, WV; and her brother-in-law Steve Hayhurst of Pennsboro, WV. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The wearing of facemasks and social distancing will be observed at the church for the visitation and funeral.
