He is survived by: his wife Dianne Dulaney; his daughters, Kristin Dulaney (Michael) of Dilliner, PA and Nicole Schmitt (Luke) of Wheeling, WV; his stepsons, Eric Walker of Atlanta, GA and Chad Walker (Bobbie) of Belpre, OH; his sisters, Ruth Raines (Doug) of Larenceville, GA and Dorothy Boone (Kent) of Sweet Briar, VA; his grandchildren, Matthew Halbert, Emma Grace Halbert, Beau Schmitt, Ava Schmitt, Amanda Walker, Ashley Wilson (Craig), Abigail Walker, Morgan Hodgson, Emma Hodgson and Bray Walker; and his great grandchild Addalynne Crawford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
