She was predeceased by: her mother Raquel Facio; her husband William R. Boyd; her daughter Theresa Leilani Mayhew; and her brother Ramon Facio. She is survived by: her children, Patty Iwalani Adams of Vienna, WV, Michael Mayhew (Libbie) of Huntersville, NC and Mark Mayhew of Knoxville, TN; her sister Consuelo Hernandez of Los Angeles, CA; her grandchildren, Joshua Adams (Cassandra), Jess Mayhew (Evan Decker), Parker Mayhew (Mateo Arceneaux), Kristen Mayhew and Caitlyn Bias (Steven); her great grandchildren, Eisley Adams-Morrison, Arya Walker, Ansley Ramsey and Garrett Ramsey; and her nieces and nephews, Debra Henderson, Diane Pieringer (Peggy), Brenda Boyd (Deb Vick), John Boyd (JT), Robert Boyd, Henry Ringel, Richard Ringel, Steve Ringel, Kathleen Zinnecker Nelson, Thomas Ringel and Bonnie Yoho.
