It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pamela Sue (Vienna, West Virginia), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on November 22, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Hudgins and Irma Donna Ankrom Hudgins; her husband Jeffrey Scott Chase, MD; and her grandparents, William B., Emily Bruch Huggins, Donley and Sara H. Tefft Ankrom.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Michael Chase and Nichole Raynor (Jimmy); her stepgrandchildren, Madison Hayes and James William Raynor; her brother Fred Hudgins of Walker; her nieces, Erin H. Branham (Dave) and Kristen Hudgins; and her nephew Ryan W. Hudgins (Samantha). She is also survived by her husband, and her family dogs.
