He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Webster and Violet Vaun Cline Rader; his wife Billie June "Dolly" Watkins Rader; and his siblings, Richard, Fred Rader and Patricia Sandy.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Montgomery (Harry) of Vienna, Michael Rader (Sheri) of Davisville, Mechelle Lewis of Parkersburg and Matthew Rader of Parkersburg; his siblings, Kathy Cowan (Ronald), Gary Rader (Cindy), Eric Rader (Darlene) and James Miller; and his mother-in-law Geraldine Watkins (Ravenswood). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
