She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelsie Cline and Anna May Ransbottom Cline; her husband Robert J. Watkins; her son Terry Watkins; her grandchildren, Danny Foggin and Zelda Bennett; and her siblings, Burl Cline, Robert Cline, Lora Hendershot and Eva Rummer.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Watkins of Vienna, Anna DeFerrari (Brian) of Sarasota and Joyce McDougall (Dennis) of Idyllwild; her grandchildren, Angela Miller (Greg) and Justin Watkins (Crystal); and her great grandchildren, Blake, Annalise and Graden.
