She is survived by: her great grandchild Big Red Football; her children, Melissa Phillips (Mark) of Point Marion, PA and Michael Phillips of Parkersburg; her siblings, Dr. Jane Toothman of Abingdon, VA and Jerry Guinn (Lori) of Portsmouth, OH; her granddaughter Kayla Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Triph and Haisley.
