She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Powell and Veronica Richards of Smithburg; her aunt Osia Richards McKinney (James Craig); her uncles, Hubert Richards, Wilford Richards, Ross Richards and Adam Richards; and her cousin Lorene McKinney Dotson (Ora).
She is survived by: her cousins, Sonja Upton of Hurricane and Letitia Bennett (John) of Chapmanville.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the West Union Masonic Memorial Park (104 W Main St, West Union, WV 26456).
