He is survived by: his parents, Doyle Gainer and Monnie Burle Gainer; his wife Fran; his siblings, Vance, Paul, Evelyn Gainer Combs and Jean Mullins (Vance) of Jacksonville, FL.; his son Jeff (Hannah) of Parkersburg; his grandsons, Scott (Dunia) of Reynoldsburg, OH and Chris (Lori) of Reynoldsburg, OH; his stepgranddaughter Stephane Williams of Winchester, VA; his great grandchildren, Autumn Gainer, Kiernan Gainer and Megan Williams; and his great great grandchildren, Emmalin Sams, Danicka Hall and Jameison Hall.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the church and the Humane Society of Parkersburg.
