Parker and Evelyn Parker (Summerall); her stepmother Winnie Shepard (Ray Allen); her sons, Steve Allen and Mike Allen; her grandsons, Ron Workman, Craig Workman and Chad Allen; her brothers, Joe Parker and Charles Parker; her children-in-law, Mary Allen and Ralph Workman; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Carmichael and Glen Allen.

She is survived by: her children, Scott Allen (Nel) of Vienna, WV, Larry Allen (Angie) of Parkersburg, WV, Diane Workman of Parkersburg, WV, Pam Blue (Bob) of Lubeck, WV and Connie Marion (Scott) of Belpre, OH; her daughter-in-law Lois Allen of Washington, WV; and her grandchildren, Bradley Allen, Casey Allen, Brandi Nutter, Jennifer Valentine, Michelle, Josh, Jason Blue, Matt, Frankie Marion, Louie Allen and Lindsay. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
