We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2023, at the age of 87, Lulu Belle Janes of Vienna, West Virginia, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Metz and Beatrice Geraldine Jones Metz; her husband Charles A. Janes Jr.; her granddaughter Alexandra Surratt; and her siblings, Bob Metz, Billy Metz and Ruthann Curfman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Cosner (Mark) of Williamstown, Beverly Surratt of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Sherri Murphy (Jerry) of Vienna; her grandchildren, Marshall Cosner (Cassie), Evan Surratt and Allison Murphy; her great grandchildren, Dylan and Anna; her brother Wayne Metz (Donelda); and her brother-in-law Jimmie Janes (Linda). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Artsbridge in honor of Lulu Belle's love of attending their concerts in the park with friends.
