She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Sprouse and Lowilla Postlewait Sprouse; her sister-in-law Ruth Sprouse; and her brothers, Harry, Frank and Billy Sprouse.
She is survived by: her husband Phil Fleming; her sons, Phillip II Fleming (September) and David Fleming (Jennifer); her siblings, Rita May Hickman (Lee), Rose Marie Roberts, Ruth Mulinex and David Sprouse (Lori); and her grandchildren, Gretchen, Emma, Mathew, James and Ava.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the program Louise founded to feed children of the community, Blessings of Hope in care of Vienna Baptist Church, 3401 Grand Central Avenue, Vienna, WV 26105.
