She was predeceased by: her parents, Garnet Thorn and Lucille Smith Thorn; her sisters, Sue Miller and Pat McDonald; her brothers-in-law, Jimmy Pappas and Tim Miller; and her father-in-law Jim Pappas.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Pappas; her sons, Stefin Pappas of Parkersburg and Justin Pappas (Jessica) of Central; her grandchildren, Lilly, Isaiah Pappas of Vienna, Shawn, Devin Pappas of Charleston, Damien, Jada, Olivia, Jackson, Denae Pappas of Philipi, Julena Whitehair and Cole Baker of Vienna; and her sisters, Karen Mitchell (Colin), Sandra Wallace (David), Terri Lamp (Mark) and Cherie Lantz (Ron). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
