She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry R. Kay and Jessie O. Kay (Kessel) of Evans; her husband Steve Riggs (Vienna); and her great grandchildren, Londynn and Demetrius Wall-Neal.
She is survived by: her close friend Linda Kay; her children, Jennifer Swisher (Vienna), Jessica Jones of Reynoldsburg, OH, David Riggs (Vienna) and Greg Riggs (Amanda) of Marysville, OH; her grandchildren, Brittany, Jaelynne, Ryan and Kaylie; and her great grandchildren, Jarael, Nylah, Layla and Camryn. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
