With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Kay Bailey of Vienna, West Virginia, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2024 at the age of 83. She is survived by: her significant other James Henry Bailey, Jr.; her daughters, Jama Cay Davis (Marty) of Williamstown, WV, Brette Nicole Swarr (Chris) of Walker, WV and Megan Noel Dougherty (Jason) of Vienna, WV.; her grandchildren, Evan Davis (Mariah) of Waterford, Luke Davis (Brooke) of Parkersburg, WV, Ryder Davis of Williamstown, WV, Tucker Dougherty of Vienna, WV and Sophie Dougherty of Vienna; her great grandchildren, Cooper James, Easton Luke Davis of Parkersburg and Oaklyn Fay Lang of Waterford, Ohio.; and her siblings, Sandra Hughes (Jim), Stanley Jenkins (Pam) and Timothy Jenkins (Mary).
