He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Reverend Bryan Blair, Robert and Mary Casey; and his uncle Reverend Greg Blair. He is survived by: his parents, Larry John and Sue Blair Casey; his wife Ruth Reed Casey; his grandmother Lois Blair; his sister Ashley McPherson (Clint) of Parkersburg; his nephew Hunter Casey; his niece Sophia McPherson; his aunts and uncles, Kathy Blair, Tammy Woods, Ruth Dunlap, Doug Blair and Robert Casey; and his pet Zoey.
