She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard L Woodyard and Reta Taylor Woodyard; her siblings, Sally Ware, Mary Louise Pflug, Richard Woodyard Jr. and Gordon Woodyard; and her grandson Cole Anthony Leep.
She is survived by: her husband John Hugh Leep of Vienna, WV; her sons, John H Leep II (Karena), Jay R Leep (Heidi) and Jedd F Leep (Tellie); her granddaughters, Stacy Brookover (Cody), Brittany Barnes (Jerrell), Stephanie Leep (Alex), Dr Sarah Leep and Kristin Leep; and her great grandchildren, Levi Brookover, Emiko Barnes and Abraham Vaughan.
