He was predeceased by: his parents, Richie Perine and Winola Perine Hissem; and his father-in-law O. K. Wiley. He is survived by: his wife Renee'Perine; his son David Perine of Parkersburg; his siblings, Rodney Perine (Donna) of Ellenboro, Rev. James Perine (Becky) of Tyner, KY. and Janet Hardbarger (Leonard) of Ellenboro; and his mother-in-law Vivian Wiley of Milton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Spreading Truth Ministries Church (1093 Core Rd, Parkersburg, WV 26104). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
