He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl S. Kelley and Mryle Z. Tracy Kelley; his wife Beverly J. Kelley; and his brothers, Donald, Richard and Herbert Kelley.
He is survived by: his children, Janet E. Labas (John) of Fleming Island, FL and Jason P. Kelley of Chester, VA; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Rice (John), Anthony Labas (Chloe), Joseph Labas, Ashlyn Brent (Nathan) and Ethan Kelley; and his great grandchild Emily Labas.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the 36th Street Church of Christ (610 36th St, Vienna, WV 26105-2516). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery.
