She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Nagy and Ruby Reed Nagy Pickens; and her husband Robert E. Sams, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Mike Sams (Marie) of Parkersburg, Greg Sams (Connie) of Parkersburg and Steve Sams (Candi) of Parkersburg; and her sisters, Nancy Schofield of Ritchie County, WV and Laura Thompson of Parkersburg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
