He was predeceased by: his father Charles G. Turner; and his siblings, Howard, Bob, Jack Turner, Mary Hunter (Chet), Evelyn Leard (Bill) and Betty Van Lear (Jack).
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Pepper Turner; his children, Jim Turner of Belpre, OH and Pam Turner Chapin (Rod) of Overland Park, KS; his grandchildren, Grace Chapin (Dillon Gerstenberger) of Olathe, KS and Sam Chapin of Manhattan, NY; and his caregivers, Jennifer, Jenny, Teresa and Mary. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
