He is survived by: his children, Sandy Stephens (Steve), Michael Kelley (Pam), Daniel Kelley (Tammy) and Robert Kelley (Shanda); and his siblings, Thomas Kelley (Cathy) and Janice Nestor. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
