She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Adrain and Daisy Evelyn Webb Guillemette; and her siblings, James Wheeler and Viola McGrainer. She is survived by: her husband Ken Cowdery; her children, Samuel A. Bell of Florida and Nora Bell Burris of Daytona Beach, FL; her brother Ben Guillemette (Judy) of Daytona Beach, FL; her stepdaughters, Cheryl Cowdery, Kim Cowdery of Belpre and Rhonda Cowdery of Columbus; her stepgrandchildren, Brett Cowdery and Ansley Cowdery; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kiernan Kenny, Daisy Cowdery, Andrew Lokin and Bella Lokin.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Emma's honor may be made to the Hope Center through the Celebration Center, Belpre, Ohio.
