She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Goosman and Ethel Inghram Goosman; her husband Willard "Bill" Garrett; and her brothers, Gordon, Emmett and Kenneth.
She is survived by: her children, Sarah Jane Brown of Vienna, David W. Garrett (Diana) of Vienna, Paul J. Garrett (Clara) of Vienna and Mark Allen of Vienna; her grandchildren, Ashley, Kelcie, Anthony, Andrew, Zachary, Chase, Austin and Wade; and her great grandchildren, William, Harrison and Jay. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren on the way; and several nieces and nephews.
