It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Page Lockard (Vienna, West Virginia), born in Salem, West Virginia, who passed away on May 25, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent James Aldrich; and his siblings, Jim Lockard and Francis Powell. He is survived by: his parent Laura Lockard (Reeder); his children, David Lockard of Parkersburg and Tambra Lockard of Cairo, WV; his siblings, Tom Lockard and Dottie Murphy of Jeannie Romine; and his grandchildren, Charlie Amore, Tony Lockard, Aisha Moghal, Adil Moghal and Nikki Kaneff.
