DeBrular of Vienna, West Virginia, born in Pennsboro, West Virginia, who passed away on April 25, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn S. DeBrular of Vienna; his son Charles "Chuck" DeBrular (Jane) of Phoenix, AZ; and his stepdaughters, Margaret Womack (Michael) of Mineral Wells and Velvet Bleakley of Wayne, WV. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
