It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delmer L. Heater (Vienna, West Virginia), born in Mineral Wells, West Virginia, who passed away on August 5, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Clyde F.; and his brothers, Basil Heater and Burl Heater. He is survived by: his parent Esta P. Spears Heater; his wife Isa "Oletta" Hardman Heater; his children, Della M. Garrett (Mark) of Knoxville, TN, Rusty L. Heater (Monna) of Riva, MD and Dennis L. Heater of Vienna; his grandchildren, Angie Sayre (Warren), Jeff Garrett (Michaela) and Maranda Heater; his great grandchildren, Elisha, Benjamin, Lydia, Noel Sayre, Alexander Garrett and Jocelyn Garrett; his friend Ellen Hedges of Creston, WV.; and also Dennis L..
