It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Daniel L. McDermott of Vienna, West Virginia, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Armstrong McDermott and Ethel Marguerite McDermott (Griffin); his wife Carol (Mayo); and his brother Tom McDermott. He is survived by: his brother Peter McDermott (Esther) of Powhatan Virginia; his nieces and nephews, Scott (Charina), Lesley Kracke (Matt), Lynn McHugh (Patrick), Laura Cornell (Ryan) and Echert; his great-nephews, Steve McDermott and Greg McDermott (Patti); and his great-niece Diana Bonnell (Dan).
Due to Covid-19, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
