He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dotson (DeLong); his daughter Regena Nulter (Steve) of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, Steven Nulter (Christy) of Parkersburg, Elizabeth Nulter of Vienna, Michelle Ridgway (Brett) of Lancaster, OH and Lauren Nulter of Parkersburg; and his great grandchildren, Parker, Conner, Xander Nulter, Grayson and Gattlin Ridgway.
